French LGBT Organizations Decided To Act

In France, presidential elections approach and, for this occasion, some LGBT associations launch a website Egalité LGBT 2012.

Coordination Interpride France, Inter-LGBT and the LGBT Federation decided to launch a website in order to inform on the candidates. They also want to show what they claims (gay marriage, trans rights, gay parenting, more protections,...).

"It is the first time we have such a movement," Denis Lefèvre, president of the LGBT Federation, said.

As announced on the website, each candidate to the presidential elections will receive a questionnaire to know what they will do for the LGBT community and then they will be interviewed one by one before a meeting.
