Adele

"As soon as I got a microphone in my hand, when I was about 14, I realised I wanted to do this," she said. "Most people don’t like the way their voice sounds when it’s recorded. I was just so excited by the whole thing that I wasn’t bothered what it sounded like."

And it sounds VERY good !

You may already heard about her as her songs are regularly on the radio or on the TV but how not to speak about Adele who released her new album 21, three years after 19. Always talented, this British singer with a beautiful soul voice is back.

The album starts directly with the best song called Rolling In The Deep and this music is just amazing with this gospel voice and this drum which hammers the rhythm.

And even if we could think that the rest of the album could be not so amazing while starting with such a song, it's wrong.

Set Fire To The Rain continues to bring the soul and we can hear a kind of dialog between Adele and the drum which is a thing that I particularly adore.

We also find some country on Don' t You Remember and some ballads with Take It All or Someone Like You with a traditional piano/voice.

All the beautiful songs bring an interesting album and a superb artist to discover, if you don't know her yet.
