Rosie O'Donnell married her fiancée Michelle Rounds.

Rosie married Michelle on June 9 in a private ceremony in New York, O'Donnell's rep. Cindi Berger told People. We only hear the news today, this marriage until then stayed secret.

Both have serious health issues. As People reports, O'Donnell recently suffered a heart attack and Rounds was diagnosed with desmoid tumors, a rare disease. The marriage initially planned in August was thus advanced at June before Michelle undergo a first surgery.

On her blog, Rosie adds: "We married in private before [Michelle's] surgery, just the [two] of us," she wrote. "When we r both well enough will have the wedding of r dreams surrounded by those we cherish."
"Thankful for the love and support so many have given us during these trying times," she continues in the post. "Including all of u stranger-friends connected thru invisible strands of wi fi."

Michelle and Rosie are raising funds for The Desmoid Tumor Research Foundation Inc. You can donate to the foundation: THE DESMOID TUMOR RESEARCH FOUNDATION INC. Rosie is selling some of her paintings on ebay.
