Never having enjoyed dating men, Yoon-ju finds Ji-soo fascinating and becomes completely infatuated with her.
Available with English subtitles, "Our Love Story" gently plunges you into the nascent relationship between these two women. Don't expect a movie with a lot of action, it focuses on the emotions of the two main characters and is actually described as a love story between two ordinary girls. Nevertheless, it offers a beautiful story about a first love.
Korean LGBT films are still too rare even if they develop more and more interest, but "Our Love Story" won the Grand Prize at the Korean Competition and is part of the official selection of many other festivals around the world for our great pleasure.
It will also be at the Gothenburg Film Festival in Switzerland on February 2 and at the Mardi Gras festival in Australia from February 15 to March 2, 2017.
