California Banned Reparative Therapy

The law prohibiting the "gay conversion therapy" was passed by the California’s state legislature.

Thus, with this law, no more minor will be able to undergo this kind of "therapy" in the state.

However, as reports The Wall Street Journal, California’s legislation would apply only to licensed psychologists and professional therapists, not to counseling offered by religious or community groups.

Now, Governor Jerry Brown has to review it.
