Wednesday, we will know if Pamela Ki Mai Chen, judicial nominee, will become or not the first Asian and lesbian on the federal bench.

Last August, Ki Mai Chen had been chosen by President Obama for a seat on the U.S. District Court for the Eastern District of New York.

In a few days, with 4 other candidates, she will testify before the Senate Judiciary Committee.
