Oakland based Chef Charleen Caabay, co-owner of Kainbigan restaurant wins the "New Year's Bash" episode of the reality-based cooking television game show Chopped on Food Network. Chef Charleen is the first Filipino-American Female Chef to win Food Network's Chopped.

Well the cat is FINALLY out of the bag! We have been sitting on this for almost a year! This past January Chef Charleen traveled to New York City to compete on one of Food Network's most beloved shows, Chopped! We had to keep it under wraps until we had an airdate and the airdate was just announced!!!!! Watch on Tuesday, December 20th to see who gets CHOPPED!
