LGBT Employees Of IBM Japan To Get More Benefits

After KDDI, it was the turn of IBM Japan to allow its LGBT employees to enjoy the same benefits as others.

Thus, from January, LGBT couples can register within the company to benefit from such condolence payments and care leave they previously had no access to.

IBM Japan already offers congratulatory payments for same-sex marriages.
