Tasmania Rejected Marriage Equality Again

For the second time, marriage equality was not voted in Tasmania.

Last year, a first attempt had failed and unfortunately, once again, the upper House rejected the bill allowing marriage equality in the state of Tasmania by a 8-6 vote.

Of course, LGBT rights advocates will continue to fight and we all hope to see the law passed one day.
