Conference Of Australian Labor Party Started

The annual conference of the Labor party in Australia started and it is planned that they speak about gay marriage and decide if the party support it or if they do a conscience vote. Its leader, Prime Minister Julia Gillard, is opposed to marriage equality but a majority of the members would like a law allowing gay and lesbian couples the right to marry and they will do everything to support it following the example of Australians which presented a petition of more than 140,000 signatures.
