Bywater Books: A Decade Of Publishing Fiction Books Written By Lesbian Authors

Written by

Bywater Books

Today, I am very happy to present you one of our new partners, Bywater Books, which celebrates its 10 years of publishing of fictions written by lesbian authors.

Since its foundation in 2004 by Kelly Smith, Bywater, which is an award-winning publisher of quality lesbian writing, brings a visibility on the international plan to lesbian authors quite as talented the ones as the others.

“We’re committed to bringing the best of contemporary lesbian writing to our avid readers,” said Smith. “Our editorial team is dedicated to finding and developing outstanding writers who create books you won’t want to put down. We’ve already discovered amazing writers like Jill Malone, Sally Bellerose, and Hilary Sloin through the Bywater Prize and I’m excited to find the next fresh voice.”

Like each year, Bywater launches a competition rewarding the best fiction with $1,000 and publication to a novel-length work of merit. Try your luck!
