Anti-Gay Website Hacked By Anonymous

Written by

The internet activist group AnonymousAnonymous took down the website of the Baptist Church of Westboro which contained anti-gay remarks.

Other websites from the church were also took down by the group like PriestsRapeBoys, GodHatesAmerica, GodHatesTheWorld, JewsKilledJesus or AmericaIsDoomed.

Baptist Church of Westboro is actually behind a campaign called "God Hates Fags" which blames the acceptance of homosexuality by United States as responsible of the death of US soldiers.

The church had recently launched a campaign of hatred against Anonymous, pretexting that they had threatened them, what Anonymous completely denied.

Before to hack the website, Anonymous sent a posting to the church: "Your continued biting of the Anonymous hand, however, has earned you a swift and emotionless bitchslap, in the form of this very message. Despite having had the capability to hack your sites previously, we chose not to and instead responded maturely to your threats, but you have not respected this. For this unremitting display of overzealousness, we award you no points. Take this defacement as a simple warning: go away. The world (including Anonymous) disagrees with your hateful messages, but you have the right to voice them. This does not mean you can jump onto Anonymous for attention."

The message ends with: "God hates fags: assumption. Anonymous hates leeches: fact."

The website is hosted by Utah-based company Bluehost.com which can be contacted at This email address is being protected from spambots. You need JavaScript enabled to view it..
