The appeal of the Ugandan lesbian requiring asylum in England will take place next Monday.

Brenda Namigadde, who wishes to obtain asylum in England, first, saw her request refused under the pretext that she did not read lesbian magazines or books.

Brenda Namigadde has appeal against the decision.

Actually if she comes back in Uganda, she will be killed.

Ugandan MP David Bahati, who tabled the country’s gay execution bill, told a journalist that she could return home if she “repents” but will be punished if she does not.

Labour MP for Hammersmith Andy Slaughter tabled asked the Gouvernment to allow Namigadde to stay: “Widespread publicity about Ms Namigadde’s sexuality has placed her at severe risk of harm.”

Her defenders are looking for a woman named Janet, she is Canadian and she had a relationship with Namigadde in Uganda. sent a petition with 30,000 signatures to Home Secretary Theresa May also asking the Government to do something for Namigadde.

The minister of immigration, Damien Green, refused to intervene in the case.
