Yesterday, in France, we celebrated the deputies' vote in favour of marriage equality.

A first step towards the victory has took place after days and even whole nights of debate. 329 deputies voted to pass this bill allowing marriage equality and adoption for same-sex couples and 229 opposed it.

The victory has been not completely established yet, there still remains the vote of the senators. Normally, the Senate will pass the laws because this one is control by the political majority favorable to marriage and adoption for all.
