We had already discussed the "gay propaganda" bill in Kyrgyzstan. Unfortunately, the Committee for Human Rights of the country's parliament approved a bill that criminalizes the dissemination of information "to the formation of positive attitudes towards non-traditional sex attitudes."

This bill, if passed, sentence of fines up to $115 (more than half of the average monthly salary in Kyrgyzstan, as BuzzfeedBuzzfeed reports) or sentence of one year imprisonment.
