Until now, only a center for homeless LGBT youth existed in the South of France but the association at the origin of this project, Le Refuge, will launch 4 other centers in Bordeaux, Avignon, Perpignan and Bastia.

It also planned to develop more the center of Lille to be able to accommodate more young people because the request is more and more high. Last year, 900 young LGBT would have appealled to the association but only 114 have been put up.

For information, Le Refuge's centers are in Paris, Lyon, Marseilles, Toulouse, Montpellier, Lille and also in the DOM-TOM in Saint-Denis-de-la-Réunion.
