New French Companies Stand Up Against LGBTQ Discrimination

Written by  E-Li

charte lgbt autre cercle

The last time I told you about the LGBTQ commitment charterthe LGBTQ commitment charter created by Autre Cercle association, there were 30 companies that signed it that oppose LGBT discrimination. Today, 57 companies clearly show their willingness to be open to their LGBTQ employees.

In 2016 there are still between one and two million LGBT employees who do not disclose their sexual orientation in their work environment.

Among the signatories are several large companies such as Orange, TF1, Monoprix, Volvo, Alcatel, and others. The complete list is available herehere.

This charter represents a commitment by a company to include its LGBTQ employees so that they can feel good and evolve in the best possible conditions without fear of discrimination or even LGBTphobia.
