In France, some directors of companies signed a text in which they are committed fighting for the insertion of LGBT people in work.

In front of the association L'Autre Cercle, of the Minister for Women's Rights Najat Vallaud-Belkacem, of the Minister of Work, Employment and Vocational training Michel Sapin and the Rights Defender Dominique Baudis, the nine directors of Accenture, Alcatel-Lucent, Agence régionale de la santé Île-de-France, groupe Casino, Eau de Paris, IBM France, Orange, Randstadt, Veolia eau signed the "LGBT commitment charter" which means they plan to set up a work climate without discriminations, to always mention commitments of the company as regards fight against discriminations because, most of the time, we don't hear about this, and to ensure equality in rights and advantages.

"This charter is the best tool to go further against discriminations," said Najat Vallaud-Belkacem.

Association L'Autre Cercle will continue to fight against discriminations in work in all the companies of France.
