Review Of The LGBTI Rights In Europe

A few weeks ago, we had had a world vision of LGBTQ rights thanks to a survey conducted by . Today, ILGA-Europe publishes its "Annual Review of the Human Rights Situation of LGBTI People in Europe".



In May 2013, in Fregene, Italy, a lesbian couple had been arrested after being kissed on the beach.

They now face legal action after their kiss was described by the prosecutor of Rome as an obscene action because they have been “explicitly found in sexual actions by means of kisses and touching in a public place.”



A young French lesbian, in which the parents are from Turkey, has only just been rescued from an arranged marriage.
