Part Of The LGBTQ Community Is Prohibited From Driving In Russia

Written by

I was already indignant that women don't have the right to drive in Saudi Arabia, but they ban transgender people in Russia from driving too ... It's sheer madness!!!

Russian Prime Minister Dmitry Medvedev has indeed introduced new rules which ban on obtaining a driving license for transgender people considering they have "sex disorders" and that "they are more likely to crash”.

And we may be prohibited from driving too as measures banned people with "disorders of sexual preference," which includes exhibitionism, sadomasochism and paedophilia. We know that the Russian government considers all lesbians, bisexuals and gays as pedophiles, so as they prohibit transgender people, they could ban the whole LGBT community!

This is so absurd! One wonders whether this is not a joke and yet it is very serious. Of course, a petition was filed before the Constitutional Court of Russia by the Association of Russian Lawyers for Human Rights.

The head of the Professional Drivers Union Alexander Kotov, meanwhile, said: “We have too many deaths on the road, and I believe toughening medical requirements for applicants is fully justified.”

That's it! In addition to being disturbed and pedophiles, we are also alcoholics! Rubbish!
