Gay Pride Back To Belgrade

Finally, the LGBT community was able to organize a Gay Pride in Belgrade!

Every year since 2010, the authorities refused the holding of a Gay Pride in the streets of Belgrade following the 150 wounded people during the Gay Pride in 2010.

Last year, the organizers paraded during the night but this year, it's in broad daylight that the whole community could come together alongside some members of the government as the Minister of European Integration, Tanja Miscevic, and the Minister of Culture, Ivan Tasovac.

Of course, the Gay Pride took place under high police surveillance. According to InSerbiaInSerbia, 7,000 police officers framed the gathering.
