"I'm very excited about this year, It's our 5th anniversary and many never thought we'd make it this far. I've only been with EDEN for 3 years, but believed in vision and am honored to be a part of it. Expect an experience like never before. We've overcome so many obstacles as a community, the passing of Gay marriage in multiple states last year was a huge achievement. So our superpower theme is a perfect representation of the LGBTQ community because we all are truly she-roes and heroes!," said Chaney Turner, co-producer of EDEN Pride Events.
EDEN's celebrities can't wait to party with guests during Pride Weekend in San Francisco.
All three celebrities love San Francisco, but it's the first time Clark and Russell, who both have a great love for the City by the Bay, but have never actually been to the city during Pride Weekend.
"I am very excited to be there in June. I'm looking forward to it," said Clark, an out lesbian who plays Lilith in HBO's blood suckingshow, which is now in its seventh and final season.
Fans will be able to meet Clark in person at EDEN SF V following the premiere of the first show of the final season June 22.
"I don't know how I managed to miss Pride so far," said Clark. "It's definitely time to make up for that."
"Lots of my friends are coming too," continued Clark. "It's going to be a really good time."
Russell, who will be hanging out with EDEN guests and her friends from the city too, agreed.
"I literally cannot wait, because I've been wanting to come to San Francisco Pride for a long time," she said.
"I love the city. I've been there many, many times ... "I'm so looking forward to it with all of the history there [and] the amazing people," said Russell.
The city's diversity and culture, which is represented at EDEN, is what Clark and Fitz love so much about the city and EDEN SF.
"I love San Francisco," said Clark, who loves the diversity of culture and ethnicities that come together to create a unique artistic culture, in San Francisco. "It's absolutely one of my favorite places."
She's looking forward to experiencing that unique diverse creative culture that EDEN has embodied from its performers to guests for her first EDEN SF during Pride weekend, said Clark, whose friends have given her the low-down on how EDEN is the party.
"EDEN really works to personify that and I think that's a unique voice that they have and also a unique position to be able to create an experience like that for something like Pride," said Clark.
Fitz, a lesbian born and raised in Vallejo across the San Francisco Bay, couldn't agree more.
"I love the diversity of women at Eden," said Fitz. "It's fun to stumble upon people from various parts of the world all with the same goal: unapologetically living life to its fullest!"
Russell is looking forward to being surrounded by EDEN's powerful women.
"It's such an honor and privilege to attend an event like this and to be surrounded by so many powerful women in itself," said Russell, who catapulted her fame on the Real L Word to her passion for jewelry at Lyon Fine Jewelry. "All of these women have something amazing to offer."
Russell donates 15 percent of select jewelry from her line to LGBT causes.
"I'm looking forward to meeting a bunch of these people," said Russell.
