It is in Connecticut that the two women decided to get married both dressed in white dresses as shows the pictures sharing by Wright on her Twitter.
It is after her coming-out in the media in May 2010 that Wright met Blitzer, militant for LGBT rights.
"The freedom of being out and open about who I am allowed me to find and fall in love with Lauren — the most amazing woman I've ever known," said Wright in a recent interview in People.
According to the same magazine, more than 200 people was invited to this Christian and Jewish wedding, Wright is Christian and Blitzer is Jewish, the ceremony was at the same time celebrated by a minister and a rabbi.
Congratulation to both of you and full of happiness!!!
