A new poll shows that opposition to equal marriage has fallen dramatically in Kentucky and is at its lowest level since 2004.
Just after the repeal of the ban on marriage equality in Indiana, suspended last week, and the court order to recognize the marriage of two lesbians, a federal judge overturned the equal marriage ban in Kentucky!

Federal Judge John G. Heyburn had given to Kentucky 21 days, so until March 20, to appeal his decision to allow the recognition of out-of-state same-sex marriages. Attorney General Jack Conway had refused to defend the prohibition but Governor Steve Beshear said that outside lawyers would be hired to defend it.
