Indie artist and activist, Danielle LoPresti was joined by her wife, recording artist and producer Alicia Champion, and their 4 year old son Xander Lucian in a holiday video that represented not only a family with same-sex parents, but who were also multi-racial. The duo wanted something their son could relate to after finding nothing online, so they created a video for LoPresti's version of the 1952 Tommie Connor classic, I Saw Mommy Kissing Santa Claus and it was an instant hit.
