Lambda Literary, the nation's leading organization advancing lesbian, gay, bisexual, transgender, and queer (LGBTQ) literature, announced the winners of the 30th Annual Lambda Literary Awards (the "Lammys"). Comedian Kate Clinton hosted the ceremony at the NYU Skirball Center for the Performing Arts in New York City where attendees, sponsors, and celebrities celebrated thirty years of groundbreaking LGBTQ literature.

Lambda Literary, the nation's leading nonprofit organization advancing LGBTQ literature, is pleased to announce a grant of $30,000 from the Amazon Literary Partnership for a eighth year in a row, a continuation of Amazon.com's support for the Writers Retreat for Emerging LGBTQ Voices. This year's Retreat was held August 5th through August 12th, 2017 on the campus of Otis College of Art and Design in Los Angeles.
