When I announced to you the other week that American experts were going to go to discuss with Ugandan president Yoweri Museveni on his recently approved anti-gay law, I had told you that I thought that Museveni couldn't give a damn about it. Well I was right since a few days ago, the Ugandan president celebrated in the streets his law against homosexuality.
