A few weeks ago, a survey showed that the Philippines were the most welcoming Asian countries to the LGBT community despite the lack of decision on LGBT rights by the Filipino government.

I gave you the example of its particular opposition to a UN resolution against discrimination based on sexual orientation and gender identity. It was indeed true until Friday when for the first time, the government of the Philippines voted "Yes" to the resolution.
