Two anti-trans bills introduced in Arizona

Representative Anthony Kern introduced two bills (HB 2293 and HB 2294) against the rights of transgender people.

Virginia senate

 

The House of Representatives and the Senate of Virginia has just passed a bill (HB 2025) that allows organizations to discriminate same-sex couples through their religious or moral beliefs by a 57-37 vote in the house and by a 21-19 vote in the Senate.

Kentucky And Virginia May Pass Anti-LGBTQ Laws

While marriage equality is now possible in all American states since the decision of the Supreme Court last year, a further 30 states have undeleted laws prohibiting marriage between persons of the same sex. Two lawmakers from northern Virginia say it's time to remove them.

The 4th Circuit Court of Appeals has delivered its verdict in the case of Gavin Grimm, a transgender student from Virginia, who had launched a challenge against Gloucester High School, which forbade him access to the school restrooms, he was restricted to using "alternative, private" facilities.
