We were recently wondering if the CW would renew All American for a season 2, allowing us to continue to follow the lesbian character,Tamia 'Coop' Cooper (Bre-Z). Good news since the CW just announced that All American will have a second season!

“As we begin to plan for the 2019-2020 season, we’re thrilled to have this roster of 14 exceptionally creative and distinctive series, including all five first-year shows, as the foundation on which to continue to build the multi-platform future of The CW,” said Mark Pedowitz, President of The CW. “One of our key long-term goals has been to continually add more original programming all year round, especially in mid-season and summer, and with these returning shows and the new series we’ll order as we get closer to the May upfront, next season on The CW is shaping up to be our most robust year-round schedule yet.”

Note that the CW has also renewed The 100 for a season 7 while season 6 is about to start. So we can continue to follow bisexual character Clarke in new episodes on a new planet.

It’s nice to know that two LGBTQ female characters will continue their adventures in their respective series.
