Lesbian Adverts Could Be Too Hot

Written by

A publicity for a lesbian reality tv in United Kingdom has to be studied by Ofcom because 14 people complained against the clips that they found "too hot".

Candy Bar Girls, the reality tv shows the life of the lesbians living in Soho. In the advertising clips, we can see words written such as "red … hot … lesbians" and "pussy … loving … ladies" according to the Guardian.

So now, Ofcom must check if the clips follow the broadcasting code and in particular it has to see if the rules were respected and if that does not offend.

Jeff Ford, the Chanel director, said: "This is not about being salacious: it’s about our mission to reflect Britain and maybe people who haven’t been reflected, perhaps ever".
