That's terrible! During the Thanksgiving day, Mallory Owens, 23, was very violently attacked by the brother of her girlfriend in the city of Mobile in Alabama.

Travis Hawkins, 18, striked Mallory of such a violence that the young girl's injuries are bleed on the brain, crushed cheek bones, broken nose, skull fractures,....

The family of Mallory as well as LGBT activists claim that Hawkins is charged for hate crime because he was arrested and was only charged with second-degree assault.

A petition was launched on to ask Mobile County District Attorney Ashley Rich a justice for Mallory.
