In North Dakota, a law prohibiting discriminations based on sexual orientation was introduced to the legislators.

This measurement would banish discriminations in housing, government, public services and the workplace.

According to Associated Press, a similar legislation had been introduced in 2009. It had passed the Senate but had failed in a House committee.

So let's wait and see what happens this time. Fargo Rep. Josh Boschee, first openly gay legislator in North Dakota and one of the bill's sponsors, said the state has changed since 2009.
