Anti-Job-Discrimination Bill Almost Signed In Nevada

The Governor of Nevada, Brian Sandoval, has the bill which could ban job discrimination for transgenders.

The gender or the identity is described as a "gender-related identity, appearance, expression or behavior of a person, regardless of the person's assigned sex at birth."

Employees could be required to "adhere to reasonable workplace appearance" standards as reports Las Vegas Review-Journal.

Nothing is sure but sources of Paul Aizel, who created this bill, said the governor should sign this amendment.
