Anti-Job-Discrimination Bill Almost Signed In Nevada

Written by

The Governor of Nevada, Brian Sandoval, has the bill which could ban job discrimination for transgenders.

The gender or the identity is described as a "gender-related identity, appearance, expression or behavior of a person, regardless of the person's assigned sex at birth."

Employees could be required to "adhere to reasonable workplace appearance" standards as reports Las Vegas Review-Journal.

Nothing is sure but sources of Paul Aizel, who created this bill, said the governor should sign this amendment.
