California State Assembly Passed Transgender's Protection Bill

The bill providing more legal protections for Californian transgenders was approved by the state assembly.

This law, called AB 887, passed by 54-24 vote.

It will make it possible to reinforce protections in employment, housing, other protections of civil rights for all the people who face the discrimination based on the gender identity and expression.

The next stage is the Senate's vote.
