Chick-fil-A Doesn't Intend To Change Its Anti-Gay Policy

Written by

Rest assured, Chick-fil-A does not have any intention to treat LGBT people with "with Honor, Dignity And Respect" as we had seen last week!

The president of Chick-fil-A Dan Cathy has indeed ensured the company did not intend to change its anti-gay policy at all.

Why did they write a memo "Chick-fil-A: Who we are" and put it on the official site of the company? This question will remain unanswered.

Anyway, we suspected that they would not have changed anything and we have now the confirmation.

Mike Huckabee wrote on his blog he talked personally with Dan Cathy about the new reports that "Chick Fil-A had capitulated to demands of the supporters of same sex marriage. This is not true. The company continues to focus on the fair treatment of all of its customers and employees, but to end confusion gave this statement:

"There continues to be erroneous implications in the media that Chick-fil-A changed our practices and priorities in order to obtain permission for a new restaurant in Chicago. That is incorrect. Chick-fil-A made no such concessions, and we remain true to who we are and who we have been."
