Connecticut wants LGBT families to adopt children

As we had seen a few days ago, both Oklahoma and Kansas approved laws allowing adoption agencies to discriminate against LGBT families. Connecticut, for its part, has decided to welcome LGBT parents who want to adopt or foster a child.

Head of the Family Research Council hate group, Tony Perkins, has joined the U.S. Commission on International Religious Freedom (USCIRF).

Anti-LGBT legislations are under consideration in Kansas, Oklahoma, and Colorado. They would allow religiously affiliated child placement agencies to discriminate against same-sex couples seeking to adopt.
