Written by

The Senate of Hawaii voted in favor of civil unions by a vote of 18-5.

Hawaii will become the 7th state to allow civil unions for same sex couples.

There of course a last stage, the signature of the Governor Neil Abercrombie but being a supporter of civil unions, he will sign this law.
