Idaho Lesbian Veteran Madelynn Taylor May Win Her Battle

One will not shout victory yet but the things seem to improve for Madelynn Taylor, a lesbian veteran who lives in Idaho and who wishes to be buried with her late wife in the veterans cemetery of the State.

Last week, the marriage equality ban in Idaho was repealed by a federal court, then stayed by the Court of Appeals.

Currently, the veterans cemetery refuses Madelynn's request because of the marriage equality ban but if the marriage equality case ends in the victory for the same-sex couples of Idaho, then the veterans cemetery will be able to accept the request of Madelynn.
