Judge Stays Out-Of-State Same-Sex Marriages Ruling In Ohio

Federal judge Timothy Black, who asked Ohio to identify the out-of-state same-sex marriages, however decided to stay his ruling while waiting for a probable appeal.

The decision of Black will not allow, in all the manners, marriage equality in Ohio.

LGBT groups already planned to bring lawsuits against the prohibition of the state in order to offer thereafter the marriage to all.

But Black's ruling would have allowed all the out-of-state equal marriages to be recognized.

Now, his decision will nevertheless allow the 4 couples which brought this lawsuit to see their marriage recognized by the State of Ohio, and one will be delighted, of course, for them while waiting for that all can reach this recognition.
