Next Step For Prop. 8 Is Planned

Written by

The United States Court of Appeals will hear anti-gay supporters' arguments on December 6.

This session will be organized in two hours, during which homophobic groups supporting Prop. 8 will say why they want to appeal. The constitutionality of Prop. 8 will then be studied.

Prop. 8 was voted in 2008 supported by the Mormon church. Besides, I remember reading an article in which they said they were sorry for the support.

Last August, Prop. 8 was repealed by US District Judge Vaughn Walker. Everyone knew it was not over, unfortunately, and anti-gay groups have decided to appeal.

Now we want this December 6 is the date of the final end of Prop 8.
