Opponents Want To Overturn LGBT Education Bill

Written by

One day after the governor Jerry Brown signed the law allowing the teaching of the LGBT history in the schools of California, a group of opponents launched an effort to overturn the law.

The Capitol Resource Institute whose misson is "educate, advocate, protect, and defend family-friendly policies in the California state legislature and at local government levels" started Friday a process to overturn the law.

They will need 433.971 signatures to then let the voters decide if the education bill has to be banned or not.
