It is on September 6th that the arguments will be heard by the Supreme court of California to know if the proponents of proposition 8 have the right or not to appeal to repeal californian gay marriage law.

The officials of California granted the right to the opponents of the FAIR Education Act (bill which include the LGBT history in schools program) to collect the signatures necessary to repeal the law.
