Same-Sex Marriages Are Finally All Recognized In Ohio

It's official, the equal marriage ban is unconstitutional in Ohio.

Cincinnati federal Judge Timothy Black had to decide on the recognition of same-sex marriages married in other states and the recognition of same-sex marriages on death certificates. He ruled in both cases in favor of LGBT couples.

The final order was finally issued a few days ago.
