The Chicago Tribune reports that "appropriate actions" were taken after confirming that students burned a rainbow flag last month at school.
The president of Albion, Donna Randall, was contacted by a student who said that other students had burned the flag.
The Michigan school's Campus Safety Department investigated and identified the students who said they found the flag in a trash can and decided to burn it.
We do not know what sanctions were taken against students. Because of the law of privacy, Randall said she could not provide additional details.
