Supreme Court To Make Decision On Prop.8 And DOMA Cases

The Supreme Court finally announces a date for its decision making on Prop 8.

Thus the Supreme court will decide during a private meeting on November 20 if the nine judges of this court will take California's Prop. 8 case.

They will also announce if they will hear cases against the Defense of Marriage Act (mind you, 4 votes of judges will be necessary to a case to be heard).

Then, just after thanksgiving, on November 26, the nine judges will announce their choice as for marriage equality in California.

November will definitively be a month with either joy or disappointment with the presidential elections, the ballots on marriage equality in some states and Supreme Court decisions.
