In a case of divorce between two women in Texas, a judge comes and refuses that the Attorney General intervenes.

Judge Barbara Nellermoe overturned the marriage equality ban in a case implying two women who seek to divorce. The Attorney General Greg Abbott asked the Court of Appeals to stay the ruling and it did it.

Judge Nellermoe said that the state could not intervene in this case of divorce under pretext that Texas prohibits the same-sex marriages.
