The End Of DADT

The great news of these last days is the end of the law 'Don' t Ask, Don' t Tell' ordered by a federal Court of Appeal.

Since 1993, this policy banned the gays and lesbians to served openly in the military.

The Ninth U.S. Circuit Court of Appeals in San Francisco finally recognized that "the process to repeal DADT was quite advanced" especially since last week when, during a conference, the President Obama said the repeal of DADT will be completed in "weeks, not months".

So DADT can be stopped without delay.

And of course that's a good news because, there are a few weeks, a few soldiers were fired based on their sexual orientation and even if the policy was on the way to be repeal during the summer.
