The U.S. Supreme Court Is Going To Decide Whether Or Not To Consider The Marriage Equality Cases Of Five States

That's it, five challenges against the prohibitions of marriage equality in the states of Utah, Oklahoma, Virginia, Indiana and Wisconsin were sent to the Supreme Court of the United States.

The September 29, 2014, the Supreme Court will decide what they are doing. It is possible that the judges decide to address some of these prohibitions like no, they could also decide not to begin their examination preferring to wait until fall or delay it for a while.

Other cases could join the others in the Supreme Court as Circuit Courts of Appeals must rule on the challenges involved. I think of the cases of Ohio, Michigan, Kentucky and Tennessee and also the cases of Idaho and Nevada whose arguments began last week.
