The US Supreme Court allows lesbian moms to register on their child's birth certificate

US Supreme Court

The Supreme Court of the United States has issued a verdict in favor of a lesbian couple in Arkansas wishing to have their two names registered on their child's birth certificate.

Indeed, the Supreme Court has delivered a favorable verdict while the Supreme Court of Arkansas had refused to rule for equality.

This will allow both mothers to have their names recorded in all official documents of their child. Until now, only straight couples could do it and even in the case where the father was not the biological father.
